The 300 mcg is also extended release, though for 6 hours, not 7. It's now in an amazon subscription since we expect to continue using it. Available on amazon.

Cons

For me this product is worthless. Price and quality verse value is way off. Directions say to take 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. I slept in 1h increments then again lightly fall asleep. What a load of bs.

The time released aspect is nice as other pills you get the full blast immediately and wake up after 3 hours and can’t go back to sleep.

Seems like a huge waste and irresponsible use of excessive and unnecessary plastic.

Competitiveness

I've tried many different melatonin brands but this one is hands-down my favorite.

I tried 2 other brands and they didn't work.

With other brands i have no issue getting to sleep, but wake up a few hours later unable to fall back asleep — but not with this brand!
