I prefer capsules as they are more dissolvable in your stomach. This has greater bowel tolerance than many of the wide variety of magnesium compounds available. Very satisfied with this product from this particular company as it's reasonably priced.

There is powder on the bottom and the cotton was smashed against the wall. Upon opening there was a whiteish powder coating the inside of each bottle.
