Pros

The bottle is oversized for just having 30 capsules inside. They have a very minor taste, but it is not objectionable. I take these pills and have no stomach discomfort, issues swallowing the pill, or any odd aftertaste.

Niagen and resveratrol are two important supplements to take for the maturing person. This supplement helps replenish those levels. It's like armor for your cells.

Cons

This is the second day i tried taking 1 capsule and then the gi suffering goes on for a few hours. Just caused extreme gastric problems.
