Does work though so if you have normal progesterone and low estrogen its worth a try but take one every two days to lower the dosage excellent product i have used it for a few months seems to help

Made my mood much better and energy too but be aware it is a high dose and it really depends on what your hormones are lacking for example this increased my estrogen which was the point however if you have low progesterone you can get an imbalance so due to alot of water retention making me think id put on weight and spots on my legs symptom of high estrogen i stopped taking it thus not to mess with my hormones if progesterone is low
