I still have to watch what i eat and how much rest i get along with what chemicals im exposed to such as bleach and scented dryer sheets otherwise again these wont help much

I want to do laundry work or even watch tv but i feel little enjoyment or reward in doing so so its very hard or impossible to carry through

I realize that the research into the effectiveness of oak wood extract has considered the effectiveness after several months but at the same time i havent seen anything that says there will be no effect prior to that though i could be wrong and may have missed something

Other supplements and treatments ive tried quit working and usually dont work again or actually cause a negative reaction such as instant burnout and fatigue
