Pros

I wake up every morning with my pillow covered in strands of hair. Usually in the 90 percent range depending on the day. The day is in sight, though, when i can return to a normal life.

Very pleased with the quality of this product.

Shirt buttons and shoe laces were almost impossible.

Says it must be the r-lipoic form and the 240 mg dose once a day.

The only complaint i have is the price, which is why i gave it a 4 star rating

It's also less expensive than some on the market.

This time, i bought the 120 pack, which is two bottles of 60 tabs each.

Competitiveness

While i have taken r-ala for years, this specific product seems to work better on me than any others.

I tried a different brand that was not r only type and the pain returned.

My nutritionist told me that r-lipoic acid is 30-40 times more effective than alpha lipoid acid so i switched products.

R lipolic is more effective than alpha lipolic, so we switched to this.
