Pros & Cons
Pros
They help so much with lessening my fatigue. I have hashimoto's disease which is an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid. Even though your doctor probably won't recommend them, i highly do if you have a thyroid problem.
Cons
Sodium selenite and sodium selenate are classified as highly toxic. The highest allowable level of selenium in public drinking water is 50 parts per billion.
This item isn't eligible for return. Buyer beware, and seller refuses to help! The good thing is i requested a return but amazon just issued me a returnless refund.
