Need it for eyes anybody with a family history of macular degeneration needs to be taking this i got lasik 14 years ago and really want to take care of my eyes
I have been taking a lutein and zeaxanthin supplement for several years now but my optometrist told me that research has shown a supplement with mesozeaxanthin is far superior to what i was taking for preventing md and even reversing it in some cases
