Life extension's two-per-day capsules are easy to * and free from any unpleasant aftertaste. They contain key nutrients like vitamin d, b vitamins, and selenium, which are often lacking in our diets and play crucial roles in maintaining vitality.

These are the real deal. Because a stinky smell is worth having double the brain power. Aligns with my commitment to prioritizing clean and natural products. Would not stop recommending them.

Cons

The smell of these pills is like an old, fermented grain of some type. The odor from the bottle is very unpleasant. This vitamin has the most offensive odor.

Even a single capsule contains 63x the daily recommended amount of vitamin b12.
