It is far easier to * two of these gel caps than one of the hard pills in the 1-per-day formulation. One in the morning. Easy to * capsules. Can feel the difference.

Cons

Capsules are green but were coated with a white powder sandy grit. Not clear if this is intended or if there is some sort of issue that would make this unsafe. Smells horrible and when you burp it's worse!
