I have for years been vit d deficiency and prescribed a 2000 and always low still

I just felt like trying 5000 and it did the magic trick for me pulled me up to normal vit d range and a high normal so it works well but i been skipping a day here and there now after over a year or so on the 5000 so i dont get too much and ruin a good thing

I take their bcomplex as well and same results blood work so high levels vit b12 so i cant say enough good stuff of this brand
