Pros

It smells nice, very light oil, and has an arnica extract which helps with inflammation. Works nearly instantly if you use six sprays per foot and then rub in it. I wash my feet afterward because it does leave feet gritty.

Love this spray. Works like a charm. Not an unhappy customer, i just want to share so that others who may end up having a similar issue can steer clear.

Best way to get a good night's sleep or afternoon nap. I also use it for my senior dog with dementia who has night time confusion and anxiety. It calms him rather quickly.

Cons

Is has lavender in it but doesn't smell good. Does nothing for my pain and discomfort in my legs. Burns and itches. If i scratch, my skin becomes super red.
