Cons
After drying, they leave a foggy look and would prefer a transparent look. Worked great for less than 1 month. Finally got sick of them and peeled them all the way off.

It has good grip, easy to install and adhesions great!
They are sturdy and even though they are somewhat noticeable, they don't take away from the look of my newly improved steps.
I originally installed these about 8 years ago to prevent our dog from slipping and recently two strips started to peel off.
Product is easy to install, it looks almost invisible, yet it provides very strong grip for your feet.
Price
But these treads, inexpensive and easy to install, are perfect.
If you’re on the fence, this is much cheaper than hurting yourself on your stairs.

I originally got these because someone was sliding down our wood stairs no handrails about every 3 weeks

In the years since we only had one person slide down one stair they put their foot too far at the end missed the grip tape slid down one stair and hit the next grip tape stopped

They’re not as invisible as the listing might say but they blend in enough that you don’t see them if you’re not looking for them
