Product is good for all modes running, jogging and walking. After installing you need to check it correctly and should follow all the instructions given.
Cons
The main thing twister is of plastic and it's not worthwhile trying to do the workout on it. Don’t buy this product. From nova,worst product.
Quality is not good pls. It’s lying like a waste in my house, occupying huge space. Can't set timer also very bad experience. Only shows pulse.
