Pros

I really like this modular system that lifeline put together. I use these full time with clients outdoors and in 5 years only two have snapped. They work perfectly.

Lifeline handles big; they fit my rather large hands. Fluid; rotating grips eliminate friction and lack of fluidity compared to non-rotating canvas handles. The only downside to the lifeline handle is that bands of heavy weight are hard to take off an...  Read More

It’s the thinnest tube i’ve ever seen but it works like every other one. These bands are versatile for chest back and shoulder exercises especial when coupled with a solid pullup bar or bench as anchor. I also own bands from bodylastics and believe th...  Read More

The cat's meow. This band is a 100lbs band and works as expected. I have the 100lb, 3 40lb, 20lb, and 10lb bands from lifeline.

Cons

The product description claims an equivalence of 20lbs at peak resistance. This is not even close - i use a 10lb free weight when doing curls, and the resistance on this band is lighter than that. What a waste.

Quality

So far so good with the replacements.

High quality, it stands out compared to others like it.

The quality of this band is the same.

The problem i have with these tubes is they wear away where the tubing is in contact with the door holding strap and become wea...  Read More

Price

I think price is a little bit over the top but who else makes these.

Packaging/appearance

However, i took off a star and i am writing a review because of the terrible packaging.

Competitiveness

I added a band-protector, heavy-duty plastic grips and a door anchor to be able to get the most out of this band and it's been great.

I can't even curl 2 30lb bodylastics bands together.

Don't forget it's rated 100lbs, so it's not for beginners.

I feel it's over priced but if you need the 30 # cable it's the cheapest price around.
