Pros & Cons
Pros
Lifeline handles big; they fit my rather large hands. Fluid; rotating grips eliminate friction and lack of fluidity compared to non-rotating canvas handles. Others have metal rings on the canvas handles, and metals hooks on cable ends to connect to th... Read More
With gym closures, or reluctance to go to gyms due to covi-19, there has been a run on free weights. I also own bands from bodylastics and believe that lifeline bands provide a lot smoother feel when stretched.
Resistance cables are the cat’s meow.
Cons
The product description claims an equivalence of 20lbs at peak resistance. This is not even close - i use a 10lb free weight when doing curls, and the resistance on this band is lighter than that. What a waste.

Competitiveness
I added a band-protector, heavy-duty plastic grips and a door anchor to be able to get the most out of this band and it's been great.
This band is a 100lbs band and works as expected.
Don't forget it's rated 100lbs, so it's not for beginners.
I can't even curl 2 30lb bodylastics bands together.

If you do a head to head comparison of both bands you can get a better deal with bodylastics and more components and you wouldnt even notice the resistance smoothness unless you compared them with lifeline
