Cables and handles seem durable. The surface of the grips is shiny plastic which can get a little slippery if you are sweaty. The straps work pretty well, there are a 20/30/40 pound strap.

The door attachment is an upgrade from lifeline's old style door attachment which was basically a loop of webbing. The red handles are easy to grp and there is padding behind the door that protects your doorway.
