Pros

Use this for the workout programs the prep and the work. Allows you to incorporate progressive overload to your training. It bumps me slightly in the shin while doing pull-ups but not a big deal.

Easy to assemble. More than expected.

Lbs. Male, 190lb. It is sturdy but i can't say if it will last a month or 10 years. I am about 148 lbs and for my weight, the bands feel pretty sturdy.

Cons

The product works but this is annoying. I'm not sure if the one i got is defective or if the product is just bad. Just a trash product.
