Pros
These cables are much better than others i have used. They seem to be durable and are great to work out with. Although the heavier ones are a little bit harder to add/remove from the handles. I complement my weight lifting workout with these bands.
Cons
The larger bands are not compatible with the handles. It’s very odd that they make handles that do not accommodate the larger bands. It's no good when you are focusing more on how you're holding the grip than you are the actual exercise.

This was exactly what i needed and reasonably priced.

The handles with the 3 slots can go up to 300lbs

Unlike the cables with the medal hooks if and when the cable breaks the cable goes away from you not shooting back like a bullet
