The bands seem sturdy; no issues there, but the thicker bands are a pain to swap in and out.
Price
Got a great deal on this set, $80 at the time i believe.
This was exactly what i needed and reasonably priced.
I would recommend waiting until it hits around that price again.
After reordering half the kit, and individual bands at a higher price.
Shipping
( 3times per week) with in two weeks everyone started noticing that much of my mass was coming back!
There was an issue i had with the shipping, but my funds were reimbursed.

For the last few months i’ve been confined being able to do only seated exercises in my living room vascular surgery and fasciae surgery on my leg so till i can get back in the gym i’ve been using your bands i bought a while ago
