If you do a head to head comparison of both bands you can get a better deal with bodylastics and more components and you wouldnt even notice the resistance smoothness unless you compared them with lifeline

You can do things with resistance bands that you cant do with machines or free weights

It seems like it is roughly equivalent to lifting 100 pounds at the bottom and maybe 130 pounds at the top with 3 bands attached
