The movement is ultra-easy while i am seated in the chair as well. They let me shift and move without doing that funky scootch dance to get the chair to move. They roll smoothly on my hardwood floor.

I wish i would've know about this gem of a product years ago because i've damaged so many floors with office chairs it's insane. They roll smoothly on both hardwood floors and carpet, so i no longer need a chair mat.

Two of my suede shoes are smeared with this grease. They are advertised as supporting 650 pounds. I weigh 270 lbs, well below the stated support of 650 lbs. They work as advertised otherwise, but i can't have this leaky grease ruining my footwear.
