You have to be careful when filling it not to * it on the sink edge. It's easy to fill without lifting the lid. Rubber seal is hard to get out.

Lifestraw is an already reputable company. The reviews do sway me when it comes to my purchases. Very happy with this pitcher and the cost of the replacement cartridges.

The filtration process is a little slow. I mostly use this to refill my soda carbonator bottle, but it might be a hassle if you're trying to filter and use a large amount of water at once.

The pitcher is awkwardly tall. The handle just has very poor ergonomics.

This item is very very fragile. A filter sent separately could be tampered with. Engineers needed to spend more time in the design phase, getting feedback.
