The water tastes great, and i'm extremely picky about the taste! It filters out any unwanted flavor like chlorine and metal. I live in a desert where municipal water tastes *.
I'd love to see a re-design on the little flap on the top where you fill it.
Cons
Unfiltered water from the reservoir leaks out of the top and combines with the filtered water. The product is defective. It's so disappointing that these company has faulty products. It’s takes up way too much room in your fridge.

There’s a cap at the bottom of the filtration system that needs to come off and the only way to do so is by sticking a butter knife in one of the side holes and popping it off
