There are 2 metal plates that slide onto the wheel axle where 1 hole on both plates was not drilled out enough to slide onto both shafts

I ordered this product from amazon and it came through a third party distributor who apparently just ordered it from walmart

Needless to say i was disappointed that i should have shopped around because i could have ordered it directly from walmart at a cheaper price

First it can be raised so high that no one can dunk even adults so they have to actually be able to shoot

Second the rim is full size so while i wouldnt recommend using a real basketball it does make the outside game relevant which is usually nonexistent in pool basketball because everyone goaltends you cant goal tend on this hoop when it is up to its highest level

You will need a socket set to set up and setup was not easy
