Pros

It completely assembles with simple hand tools, wrench, socket and screwdriver. Took about 45 minutes to install.

The backboard is well made, and is constructed to allow for some dunking. Replaced a recently cracked 15 year old atlas backboard and hoop with this. Worked perfectly for replacing old very thick plexiglass backboard.

Drill through the board, chisel little square to hold the bolts and tighten from attics. Instructions are a little choppy trying to integrate with the adjustable pole mount.

Cons

This product is not at advertised. What would normally be a foam surround guard, is cheap molded plastic. I doubt it would last 6 months with a couple of teenagers chunking a ball at it.
