Pros
It is very nice construction, no splinters, looks great, easy to use and my team loves it. It's a really cute bench with an adjustable back. Really like the appearance and comfort of the bench.
Convertible bench is beyond my expectations! It's a picnic table when everyone is ready to eat. It sits on our screened in back porch.
The benches are not soft or squishy, but put them an l shape and you've got a nice spot to lay your coffee mug beside you. The tilt operation is simple and secure.
These are great and very versatile. They are easy to move around individually and have really held up well being outdoors all year round. Only complaint is that some rusty water leaks out after it rains.
Cons
If you want something to go with a natural, woodsy environment this is not the piece for you. The slats attachment with screws is a problem.
The parts are not symmetric. The bolt material is junk. All of the clearance holes for the bolts are drilled so that there is a very tight fit.

Quality
Good quality and easy enough for my teens to assemble.
Plenty sturdy, heavy enough to not get blown in the wind, but still pretty easy to move around.
As with anything j mine, you’re just not sure about the quality of the item that you’ll received.
This resulted in some very awkward and unsuccessful attempts to stretch my arms from one end to the other.
Price
I would not pay over two hundred dollars for one unit.
This shouldn't happen in <3weeks time and certainly not for the price.
99 but i've seen it go to $550.
For the money you can't go wrong i own 2i have 2 benches on a large table with benches
Packaging/appearance
Also the packaging lists what the pieces are on borge the front and the back (so you know exactly what you are popping out).
They separate the pieces you need for bench portion and the table portion into separate packaging.
This box was really tattered but only had a small hole near the edge.
Competitiveness
Instructions could be better, order of some assembly should be changed, but the lifetime brand continues to impress me every time.

One year update out in the weather on a hilltop in montana for the entire winter and some of this summer no visible changes at all

Paint will rub off at the hinge point and the bottom bar means it might rock on an uneven surface but those are distractions from an excellent product
