Everything arrived in great order - not overly packed to the point of making a landfill scream (most of the packing is recyclable) my only complaint is that there is orange liquid coming out from where the screws are on one side. A new slat was delive... Read More

Cons

The first slat on the seat has a crack in it. Screws are not large enough to hold the slats on. Flawed bearing the glider sits on sets of bearing sleeves which are poorly designed.

Glider looks and performs well, but i'm very disappointed. This glider looks nice but it is a piece of junk!

The back is so low you cannot rest your head/shoulders. The armrests are so low that you can't rest your arms without leaning over.

I only provided amazon order number and the agent was very helpful and processed my warranty claim.

Our glider / bench arrived yesterday, and my husband and i put it together in about 30 minutes.

Packaging/appearance

Arrived in perfect condition with all pieces.

We looked at the box as thought "it's small.

One of the synthetic board slats came cracked out of the box directly where one of the screws were.

It came boxed very well, but caution: the box is very heavy and will take two people to carry it.
