Lifetime composter comes with a dvd that has about a total of 4 minutes of video explaining composing and some tips to do it well. Compost is produced in our caribean climate in a 4 weeks time span. No smell at all.

Instructions are amazingly good. The instructions are a b-, but the fastener packaging is wonderful. It shows the bands screws in different places in the pictures during the process. The assembly instruction is a 3 act play.

Screws for assembling the product are too long and will not allow us to “tighten nuts securely” as the manual describes. They are at least a few centimeters too long.

Customer service was excellent, they were easy to reach on the phone, and the replacement parts came in about four days.
