Pros
Not easy to assemble but not bad. Comes with assembly tools, but your assembly will go faster if you supplement with your own tools. In the instruction book it has qrc codes that say it will bring you to their website.
My grandkids love this! Whole family loves it! The adjustable height is a nice touch.
This is a fantastic arcade basketball game. I enjoy plaything this game by myself but my entire family enjoys it as well.
It is tall, but fit nicely below—and was playable—the floor joists in our basement with 9-10’ ceiling. Be sure to measure your ceilings before assembling, and then use either the tallest lock or the shorter one.
It is also a good stress reliever. When my friends come over, we all hang out and just shoot some shoots and have a few drinks.
Cons
I regret spending the extra money for a product that is flawed and poor customer service. I understand that occasionally parts aren't perfect, but was extrememly disappointed in the customer service and 3 week wait.

It is super sturdy and gameplay is right on.
Fun basketball net for kids and adults sturdy, lots of options for games.
Be cautious of how you plug the wires into the scoreboard, it’s very easy to reverse them causing it not to work.
They are not perfectly round and have bulges in random spots on some of them.
Price
Scoring is accurate and for the price, it is a very good buy.
Overall, excellent product with a great price!

Luckily i have plenty of spare nuts/bolts/washers handy otherwise that could have cost me a couple trips downtown.
Packaging/appearance
The assembly was difficult i believe more because all the nuts and bolts fell out of the poor packaging.
The parts however, come in a nice labeled package, but when they arrive like mine did (photo), it doesn't do much good.

The different games make it fun to be competitive versus just shooting hoops.
I have had several different units manufactured by other companies, but nothing compares!
The unit took a few hours to put together, but nothing in the marketplace compares to the overall strength of this basketball unit.

The game settings are also a little frustrating as they start over every time the game turns off

Its a hassle to push though all the games to get back to the one that we play all the time

Be sure to keep your game book handy as you need it to know what each game is when cycling through the settings and number them as they dont have numbers except on the display board
