I say it that way because they were very careless in how they sent them the plastic ties had all broken so the metal pieces were scattered all over

If you look at the frame the connector is designed at the weakest point which almost guarantees it will break at that point if the chair is rocked

Maintenance is nothing more than splashing them with a hose from time to time
