Pros

The rivbos are a solidly well designed and cost effective pair of glasses. There are a lot of expensive glasses that are designed and marketed for the avid cyclist.

The polarized lenses do a great job of reducing glare. They have good coverage and block out the sun when you need it most. Uv protection- uv protection uv protection is no joke.

Great polarization so you can wear them during the dusk hours when driving west and still see clearly when not facing the sun (and vice-versa at sunrise) they are not too dark either so if it's a cloudy day it's not like you can't see.

Sunglasses from oakley. Sunglass. Com. Buck sunglasses are a great value.

Cons

Painfully mediocre sunglasses. The nose pads are uncomfortable and rigid. The screws and grooving method that rivbos uses for their glasses is very poor.

Lenses are more tan/amber than yellow. During daylight, lenses show clear view. Whatever the coating is on the lens, it rubs off if not careful. The biggest flaw i find in these is that when i put it on, i can see reflection of the lens.

I like that it came with a soft cleaning bag to store glasses in as well as a travel case.

Good quality, great packaging and nice lenses

They came with a nice case and a small repair screwdriver should that be required (so far it hasn't).

These look and feel great -- much as high-quality as name-brand sunglasses.

There are many features on these glasses you won’t find on other more expensive glasses.

I would put them up against any of the name-brand easily more expensive compatibles on the market.
