I am very pleased with this purchase.
Still love the bag design and opted to keep it, but very pleased with their customer service!
Needless to say, i'm not impressed with the quality of the shoulder strap.
The overall quality of the bag remains to be seen.

Piece of metal broke off the carrying strap and couldnt be fixed but replaced it

As i picked the bag up to carry it into my office a shoulder strap end immediately broke and my bag with all of my stuff immediately hit the floor
