Compartment capacity is greatkeeps the cans and bottles chilled for 6 hoursthe only downside is if you add ice cubes to keep the can chilled water will start leaking out of the bag within minutes

Comfort wise i would recommend only ever using the top section of the bag if the bottom is full otherwise the bag is very uncomfortable on your back
