The smaller rolls of toilet paper would definitely fit 4 across so would fit at least 12 small rolls

The body of the bin is made with a material that feels a bit like canvas on the outer surface with a plastic or vinyl inside surface to protect the toilet paper from moisture

It comes with 4 sticks that go in corner pockets to give it form
