Pros
The strap is comfortable which is good as it was quite heavy once packed with drinks. The colour is quite good as well.
Both compartments keep their stuff at the correct temps. It looks smart - people have commented on that - and keeps the food cool.
Easy to clean, comfy to carry. The linings are easy to clean and it comes with small freezer bag to keep your sandwiches cool.
Cons
Newer model has far thinner wall padding. Missing zip for the top compartment. I’m unsure who i contact to get this rectified!

Was expecting it to come with an ice pack as per the description but it didnt have one so ive removed a star as the item wasnt complete as described

In the lower compartment you could easily fit 6 cans standing up on end or use the bottom half for you lunch and top half for your wallet keys phone ect

Sandwiches will go in the top although i would stack them i wouldnt put the side by side there isnt enough room for that

The base is rigid enough it wont crush your food and will stay in shape but pliable enough it will fit into gaps if you force it

Upper level doesnt collapse into lower when upper level is full and lower not so much
