The last wine rack we tried really only worked this red wine bottles but those with narrow necks like on the bottles we primarily have they could easily fall out

My wife mainly drinks prosecco and riesling but lots of wine racks just don’t accommodate champagne bottles and those outside of the yea traditional red wine bottle shape

Others we saw with a more narrow profile more likely to securely hold our typical bottle type didn’t offer the counter top surface

If i had to nitpick still not negatively impacting my impression or rating the edges of the actual wine rack portion of the cart are a bit sharp i don’t think once assembled it will be an issue but during the build process be careful

If i see they are still an issue at any point i’ll probably smooth them out with my dremel

Personally i chose not to keep the handle on the side attached because it fits perfectly in the space i wanted it without the handle with i’d have to move our china hutch over and it would be very uncentered and drive my ocd nuts

Personally i don’t have any real use for the side handle and will probably not be utilizing the removable tray feature either

That said i’m sure these are big pros for someone else’s needs but not what i got it for
