The plastic is a thick plastic, the handles look durable, the canvas is thick, there is a zipper at the top which zips on 3 sides of the top of the storage bag. I like it and probably would buy again but you have to make it stand up or it will sag dow... Read More

I'm not sure if the vendor/manufacture has anything to do with it. But this is made cheaply. Had no support really. Not suitable for people with hand or back problems.
