No leaks and keeps food and drinks cold with addition of ice pack. If i packed for a 4-7 day trip i need to place ice packs inside which made it even heavier. Perfect for picnics and outdoor sporting events.
For longer trips, able to pack refrigerated medications and travel snacks in the bottom, and other plane needs in the top. Used this cooler for a multi state road trip. I'm a flight attendant so this is perfect for my 3 to 4 day trips.
Cons
Bag is extremely flimsy, handles are not durable. Zero customer service. Plastic clips on this bag, the zippers, and the mesh pocket lining are all cheap and have broken.
It's nice and lightweight but it does not keep ice from melting. It also does leak. Drove 7 hours and then discovered the carpet was soaked in the back floorboard due to water leaking out of the cooler.

I used this bag for my work lunch box for less than a month and it’s already falling apart.
Price
At this price point it is a great deal.
However, the price was decent and it’s easy to clean.
I am a flight attendant and needed an inexpensive lunch bag.
Shipping
Lightening fast shipping so i got it just in time for my trip.
Packaging/appearance
If you can be a little more creative with packing, i think you could do more.
If i packed for a 4-7 day trip i need to place ice packs inside which made it even heavier.
Competitiveness
Better than tge name brand i have used for decades.
I wish the front inner pocket had dividers as other brands do.
