Pros

The insulation acts like padding to protect my unit. This is perfect for water bottles soda and sandwiches. It perfectly holds 5 of my meal prep containers along with 4 other small containers i use for fruit.

This cooler is huge! Could probably fit a 12pk and then some. It came folded in the shipping bag, but surprisingly sprung back to shape. It replaces a similar but larger bag (which i've put to another use).

The solid gray color works for all. Very sturdy and nice looking too. That is some good customer service that i was not expecting.

Cons

As i was packing my lunch i notice the tag was sewn upside down then realized i’m missing the strap. Keep in mind, if you need a sturdy product, this is not for you.

Product is very very flimsy, the price paid for this isn’t worth the money. Absolute bs and complete ripoff. Very narrow return window of 1 month so no option for refund.

Very well built, after 2 weeks of use, i was satisfied with the ability of it’s insulation to keep items cool.

It’s very durable and has extra compartments

What i love most is that even with ice in it , it did not leak even after the ice melted.

The sides are floppy but seem to be sturdy and the stitching is good.

Price

Bag is kind of thin and cheap-ish, but great value for money.

It does the job for the price could have a little more insulation to it and better quality thicker straps.
