Pros

This is the best pillow i've wver had—even among pillows costing many times more. Cons are the cooling is probably a 6/10. Still worth it. I recommend you try it.

It is soft, comfortable, and supportive. The pillow is adjustable and pretty comfy. I love that it came with extra fluff so you can customize it to the perfect support/softness.

The best feature of this pillow is the ability to add or remove the shredded foam filler to suit your preference. With each pillow comes a bag of additional shredded foam to add if you want. Love you can adjust how much stuffing is in the pillow.

Pillows and mattresses are such a personalized comfort. I'm a side sleeper and my hubby is a stomach sleeper. Disclaimer that im not really picky about pillows.

Best wishes to all who seek pillow nirvana. Big bonus in my book. It is my intention to update this review as we go along.

Cons

The cooling effect is nonexistent. That cause a bad neck *. Support lasts only a matter of minutes and then it mushes down to having no support under neck and base of head. That is simply disgusting.

I've tried many different pillows, by far this one is the best for me, with the extra pile added.

I don't want to pay $150+ for something high quality latex so i gave this a roll of the dice and i'm glad i did.

I used what came with the pillow as extra and he said it wasn't enough.

The performance is amazing, as if this pillow should cost twice what it goes for.

Packaging/appearance

You definitely need to let it sit for a few days to air out and fluff up due to packaging and the foam smell.
