These work wonderfully. I just wish they came in softer or more neutral colors. I like that it's fda approved. No problem.

The only downside is that the package says to avoid using a serrated knife on this board. No jarring sensation while chopping, no knife scars. However, there is one feature to consider for future reproductions.

This board is thicker and very resilient. The hole allows the board to hang & dry conveniently. It's kind of floppy on the drying rack but just a matter of getting used to that feature.

Silicone in everything is all the rage these days. I am use to firmer surfaces for cutting and storage but these do nicely. After tossing my plastic boards due to learning that they leach micro-plastic pieces into food prep, this is a great solution.

These are now excellent places to grow and harbor bacteria. Render this cutting board garbage. What an absolute shame.
