Pros & Cons
Pros
This is thin, but thicker than most. Flexibility is something that i didn't know that i really needed, to easily pour grated veggies and meat strips into the pan without a chance of spillage.
Easy cleanup by just washing with soap and water or putting in the dishwasher.
They're sturdy and durable. I like that it's fda approved.
After tossing my plastic boards due to learning that they leach micro-plastic pieces into food prep, this is a great solution. I am use to firmer surfaces for cutting and storage but these do nicely.
The smaller one is quite handy for quick/small jobs like when you need just one shallot. The larger one is fine for chopping more stuff. I also really love the larger one for portioning out fish/chicken/meats to freeze recipe-sized amount separately.

As long as you use proper cutting etiquette youll be fine dont abuse these boards with dull knives and 80lbs of strength and then say theyre not good
