The belt is well made and the metal buckle holds the velcro strap nicely. I love the velcro it holds well and is easier for me to remove after. The clamp holds on just fine and it's pretty manageable.

Unfortunately for those with some nylon workout clothes velcro and most nylons dont play well together so be careful

I dont do a lot of oly lifting but when i do i was using my powerlifting belt which is not ideal

The sizing runs true as long as you use your measurement at the belly button and not at your waist

They are generally very different measurements so take the extra step of using a tape before ordering

You get some padding and support but there is more of the former than the latter so its comfortable but of questionable use for heavier lifts
