Pros

The stitching does not fray. The straps are a little difficult to wear with a fitness watch on, but that goes for any lifting strap.

Not a very experienced lifter (325lbs deadlift), but this allowed me to increase the weight used, and focus on the posterior chain. Wish they came in a little tighter on the wrists because mine are small, but that's nitpicking.

Cons

Hate them - i have smaller wrists and the padding is too wide and thick, preventing the strap from staying tight.
