I had a local guy including two new units install them with two new solid rails for $350 each including labor.
I paid $150 to have it installed.

The premium series is built way better than the chamberlain and others in the big box stores.
I would consider this before any competitors product especially genie they are garbage compared to this.
Regardless of new or replace (if it will fit) i would go with this model or even a higher model brand.
