Recently purchased this chair due to the quality build materials and mesh backing.
My only wish is that they would install a tilt position lock but other than that i am very pleased with my purchase.
I am thoroughly please with the chair for comfort.
I wanted the model with the headrest (36806) but it was cheaper to buy this model and the headrest separately.
Price
Here is a nice alternative to the h miller aeron without the price.
A chair with this price should last longer.

The chair is real comfortable and rolls easily on carpet but after a year and a half the pads on the arm rests are both cracking

Warranty is only one year so if i want them replaced i will have to pay for it myself

I had to contact office star to ask what the head rest model is so i could find it online

If youre planning on adding the headrest to the 3680 check the two mounting holes at the top and verify that the threaded inserts are included

The chair is solid lots of metal in used in all key structural points and a double layer of thick plastic in the one point that isnt

Dont buy this if youre looking for a ergomgchair with a ridiculous number of adjustable features
