Pros
These adapters are a great idea for re-purposing existing micro-usb charging cords. Microsoft-surface-7 (win-10) to bose-qc35ii headphones work well. These fill a useful niche instead of buying another overpriced cable.
Cons
Not really a fix for apples new usb c for ipad pro. Two out of the four were squashed so unable to insert lightning connector. To me they just appear faulty.

The design is sleek and no need for any driver upload.
Price
Just what i needed after spending $25 on a type c charging cable that needed to be micro.
Good value for money and good quality as you can see when you feel them
However, for the small price of this product, that issue can be overlooked in my opinion.
I really cannot fault this product given the price.
Shipping
The usb c female to micro usb arrived on time and was exactly what i needed.
These were available, affordable and very conveniently delivered next day.
I put them straight in service when they arrived.
You would warrant a dedicated trip to the store for these items so the delivery optio.
Competitiveness
I have other devices that still require micro-usb, so these adapters mean i can use the same cords for both purposes.

One issue i had with this adapter is that it felt slightly flimsy that is when i connected it to the micro usb port it felt that it could fall off after some use
