Pros

This lamp works really well. It has 3 light settings. The first is the brightest and that is my favorite. Not too brighter because of the adjusting feature also.

This seems to not only help with seasonal depression but also with my circadian rhythm. Even if you’re not suffering from seasonal depression you will be happy after about 19 seconds.

Cons

Ok so the lamp is fantastic but the switch is on the bottom don’t work every time. The issue is these * seem like they might be the touch type not a button. It is so incredibly bright and you can't set the timer unless the light is on.

The device is not wireless and requires an outlet to plug cord into.

Price

Could have a longer timer but for the cost that's not too hard to ignore.

Even if it were the same lux i’d choose this at twice the price.
