I had to play around with the settings for quite a while and do some before and after comparisons after changing settings

The biggest difference i noticed was turning off the setting for gyro which i presume is the video image stabilization

If you keep the settings for either 1080p 24fps or 2k 24fps then it helps some

Imo they look worse than 2k or 1080p screen grabs off of the video
